Instagram Green Top Give-Away Sweepstake Eligibility Requirements

By entering, entrants confirm that they are at least 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to abide by Instagram’s terms of use.

Entrants can participate from any country. Winning Prize may be subject to additional taxes and tariff fees.

Prize will ship UPS ground from Brooklyn, NY.

How To Enter

- Follow @mucciolobrand
- Like our 1/15 Instagram post.
- Tag a friend in the comments (as many times as you want - each individual comment tagging a friend counts as an entry)

Get an additional bonus entry:
- When you repost our 1/15 Instagram post on your profile (be sure to tag @mucciolobrand so we don’t miss it).
- When the friend you tagged follows the brand.

Prize information

- One winner will receive one Green Graphic Top. The top is available in sizes 2-12, you will receive a top in this size range of your choosing.

- All entrants receive a 25% discount code. 

Contest Run Dates

Contest Starts on 1/15/19 at 2pm EST. Contest closes on 1/30/19 at 11:59pm EST. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on Thursday, 1/31/19 11:59pm EST. All entrants will be direct messaged a 25% discount code on 1/31/19 by 11:59pm EST.

Judging Criteria

Each entry will be counted one time. There is no limit to how many times you can enter to win. Entrant will not be judged by any criteria. It is completely random.

Selecting A Winner

Entrants names will be put on a numbered list in order of time of entry. Each entry gets assigned it's own number. If one person enters more than once, their name appears on the numbered list the exact amount of times entered. Once the contest is closed, the number of entrants will be entered at random.org. Their algorithm will chose a number at random fairly. That random number generated will be matched to the numbered list to reveal the winner. 

Rights & Privacy

Publicity rights regarding use of Winner's information: Mucciolo Brand will obtain written consent from the entrant prior to exposing or using their content and information publicly. Mucciolo Brand will not use or expose this information without written consent. 

Publicity rights regarding use of Participant's information: Mucciolo Brand will not use the participants information in any way without written consent to ensure compliance with state laws. 

Liability Limitations

Mucciolo Brand is not responsible for any damages that occur on route to the winner via UPS. If the prize does not fit, we will allow for one single exchange. Body measurements from the winner will be requested to ensure the best fit. The winner will pay to return the prize. Mucciolo Brand will pay to send it back to the winner.

Mucciolo Brand employees and family of those employees are not eligible.  

If the prize winner is in New York State, they are subject to U.S. taxes. The Mucciolo Brand is required to send the winner a 1099 in January of the following year stating the prize and monetary value.
